Q: Do your gift baskets have the exact contents pictured in the photos?
A: We try to keep as much contents we can as pictured, but there are times
when we substitute items of equal or greater value if items are not available. This
is due to the fact that we like to keep as much fresh ingredients on hand to our
baskets and therefore we have constantly changing inventory.
Q: Can I add a message to the gift basket?
A: Yes! We encourage you to add a message to your gift basket. We provide a
hand written card with each gift and we will write the message however you like.
Q: How do I order a gift basket?
A: All you have to do is either order online and pay through our secure Paypal
shopping cart, or you can call 317.936.5528 and speak to us and order, then we
will send you an invoice to your email address. Its that simple.
Q: What if I want to order a custom gift basket? Do you make custom gift
baskets, and will it cost a lot more?
A: We do make custom gift baskets! All you have to do is give us a call and we
can take a few ideas and suggestions and come up with the perfect gift for your
occasion! As far as the cost goes, it all depends on what you would like in the gift
basket. We do not add a custom fee or any extra costs. We use the actual cost
of the items and time that we put into them when determining the cost.
Q: I need a gift basket shipped to a hospital. Do you ship to hospitals?
A: We do not recommend shipping a gift basket to a hospital because of the
possibilities of the recipient leaving before the gift arrives and the fact that it could
somehow get misplaced because of how busy hospitals can be... However we can
still ship to the hospital if you are willing to take the risk of having to pay an extra
shipping charge in case it comes back and we have to reship it.

there any other way to contact you?

we can easily email you back with the answers.
Q: What about chocolate? Will you ship chocolate?
A: We do not like to ship chocolate in the hotter months of the year (June, July,
August), but we can ship it. If it is too hot we like to add an ice pack that would
help keep the chocolate from melting. However when you order chocolate during
hot months and we do add an ice pack we want you to know that shipping will be
a bit more due to weight, and also the ice pack can only do so much. We can not
fully prevent all melting.
